If you’ve chosen to move to an independent living retirement community, whether you opt for a one- or two-bedroom apartment, decorating will be something you can enjoy. Of course, you’ll have to schedule decorating in and amongst all of the other numerous activities and events provided by the community, but you’ll find the time. Fortunately, it’s your apartment – so take as long as you wish or go as quickly as you want – it’s up to you.
One way to decorate your retirement residence to reflect your personality, likes, tastes, etc., is with some of the artwork you can find locally.
