In Discovery Village At Tampa Palms, your loved ones have four floor plans to choose from in our assisted living community. The smallest apartment is called the ‘Grand Cayman’ and ranges from around 541 to 554 in sq. ft. while containing one-bedroom and one-bathroom. The other one-bedroom and one-bathroom option, called the ‘Dominica Premier’ is larger in size at 595 sq. ft. The difference is that the bedroom is slightly more spacious, making it suitable for loved ones in wheelchairs or requiring a bigger space to move around.
Our other one-bedroom and one-bathroom option, the ‘St. Thomas Grande’, is the largest in size at 639 sq. ft. This floor plan is relatively longer and features a walk-in closet, making it ideal for a loved one who requires more storage space. However, the biggest apartment in our assisted living community is the two-bedroom and two-bathroom ‘Monoco Executive’, which is around 823 to 834 sq. ft. in size. Due to its size, this option is suitable for loved ones who are looking to share the apartment with others, in turn splitting the rent cost.
