For residents under our Supervised Independent Living senior option, they have three layouts to choose from: The St. Lucia Grande, The Martinique, and The Montserrat. The St. Lucia Grande is one-bedroom and one-bathroom and is 644 square feet. The Martinique, being two-bedroom and two-bathroom, is perfect for loved ones staying together or prefer renting with a friend. The apartment is over 1,020 square feet, allowing plenty of privacy for both residents. The Montserrat is the largest apartment in this category, offering two-bedroom, two-bathroom, and a patio. The floor plan ranges from 1,026 to 1,045 square feet.
