Kristina Carlevale
Independent Living Executive Director
Kristina Carlevale brings over a decade of experience in senior living operations to her role as Executive Director at Discovery Village Independent Living at Naples. With a strong background in independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing operations, she is dedicated to fostering a vibrant and supportive environment where residents live their lives to the fullest.
Her leadership experience includes serving as an Administrator at a high-acuity skilled nursing facility and as an Executive Director at a standalone CCRC. Most recently, she was the Executive Director of a multi-level luxury senior living community, overseeing independent living, assisted living and memory care. Kristina’s leadership philosophy focuses on teamwork, excellence, and a resident-first approach. She is committed to enhancing the lives of residents by promoting meaningful engagement, and cultivating a welcoming community.
Outside of work, Kristina enjoys spending time with her two daughters, ages 5 and 2. As a family, they love visiting Disney and making magical memories together. She is excited to lead Discovery Senior Living of Naples and looks forward to ensuring it remains a place where residents feel safe, valued, and fulfilled.
