My mother-in-law resided at Discovery Village Alliance for 3 years. We have had nothing short of a wonderful experience during her time there! The staff has always been kind and attentive, the facilities and grounds are extremely clean and well maintained, and most importantly they sincerely care for their residents. Throughout the years we have enjoyed many holidays, celebrations, and meals at the Discovery Village. They truly do provide a home like environment, along with meeting the needs of your loved one. The onsite therapy, entertainment, and transportation amenities are also a huge plus! We are thankful we found such a wonderful place for her to call home. Highly Recommend!

We moved my mom here a while back after a very disappointing experience at Legend Senior Living. The sales staff actually have us honest answers to our questions (unlike at Legend) and we got exactly what we needed.

My wife and I moved her parents here (independent living) in 2018. We are about to move them over to assisted living. They have enjoyed their time here. The facilities and staff are excellent. There are a number of options when it comes to meals and activities. Residents can become very involved or do their own thing. It's truly independent. During their 5+ years here, there have been a number of times where we needed the staff's help and advice. They have always been there for us. As we now transition them to assisted living, we have no concerns over the level of care they will receive. The move is very seamless and there are financial benefits in staying within the Discovery family. We can definitely recommend Discovery Village and, in fact, will have two close family friends moving in shortly based, in part, on our experience.

I have been working for Discovery Village Assisted Living at Alliance in AL for 2 plus years now, and I love it. We have the most amazing residents and I just love them. What I love most about working at Discovery Village Alliance. is how Management cares so much to see that we are well staffed on every shift. I also like how Management allows us to share any good ideas that can improve the community or how it can help us as employees.I also appreciate the fact that, they have the family Medical Emergency Leave, which I personally benefited from.Catherine Cox

This is a great facility with an amazing staff. Every resident I've run into when visiting my mother absolutely loves it here. My mother is very excited to be a part of the community. They have a number of events, transportation, and truly think of all the needs for their residents.

Discovery Village at Alliance Town Center Independent Living is great place to be a part of. I have been the Director of Maintenance here for a few years now andI must honestly say this is my family. Because of the amount of love and respect I have experienced from the team members and the residents, I couldn’t ask for a better place to be. This company really cares about the residents and staff and it shows. It’s the best company I’ve worked for by far.

Working at here is truly amazing.I work in the kitchen on the assisted living side. All the staff are absolutely amazing, there is always a good energy here. I started as a volunteer and they were so welcoming. This is the best first job. The front office staff are so amazing and always kind to you. I would highly recommend this as a first job. Love it here so much!

I have been working with Discovery Village at Alliance Town Center, in the Activity Department for almost 2 years.When I realized the Directors meet every Monday-Friday, I knew this should be my new day "hang-out". Communication is huge with me and I figured it must be for the Directors here too.I love the fact that this community continues to keep it beautiful, clean and the employees are generally loving and caring. In most cases, it's not just a "job" to us and it shouldn't be. It's important that your loved one feels love, concern and more than comfortable with us... for we are family.In the Activity Department, we keep our calendar full, do our best to stay on schedule with the events planned and work hard to get your loved ones out and participating; regardless if it's meeting for the morning chit-chat, mindful meditation, exercise, eating meals with other residents, attending church service, hymns, devotion and prayer, participating in our walking club, garden club, library, playing games, doing crafts, karaoke or being entertained for an hour during happy hour.We realize for the health and well-being of your loved one, it's important for them to be stimulated on a regular basis; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.If you are looking for a clean, healthy environment for your loved one, call, make an appointment for a tour.We hope to see you soon.

I have been working at Discovery Villages assisted living and memory care on the AL side for over a year now and love how welcoming every employee is. I like working front desk welcoming families; it has really made me fall more in love with what I do. I also work in the kitchen and the residents love when I work because I already know what they like and what they order. We are like family here, I think I found right where I want to be.

I have been living here with my wife since October 2019 and cannot say enough goos things about the facilities and staff. Facilities are well decorated with art and other items. Facilities are always clean and well taken care of. Any problems with individual apartments are taken care of usually the same day they are reported by the very knowlegable maintenance crew.The entire staff treats residents as family and goes out of their way to help wherever they can.There are multiple programs and activities for residents to take part in which include but are not limited to games, arts and crafts,music, field trips etc.Dining facilities are very attractive and the food is excellent with a good variety of food choices. The dining staff is excellent and extremely helpful.A;ll in all this is in my opinion the best possible facility for Seniors and I would recommend it to anybody considering a Senior facility.

Everything but the food has been wonderful. It seems clear there are not enough resources being allocated for food. The general sentiment of residents, including my parents, is they are quite unhappy with the food quality. I suggest if you go for a tour that you go to the dining room and hear what the residents have to say at mealtime.

We are very pleased & satisfied with Discovery Village at the Alliance where my mom has been a resident since March 2023. Mom is feeling very much at home since then.The staff has been very professional, personable & caring towards mom and her family. Mom has also made great friends there & enjoys being engaged in social activities at the facility. The place is very warm, clean and feels like our second home whenever we visit mom there.We personally would recommend DV to anyone who wants their loved one to be in a safe & thriving environment. We have peace of mind knowing that mom is in good hands.

I’ve had wonderful care for my mom who is in memory care at Alliance location. The employees are caring and compassionate. My mom is very happy which is important. This is a place where she can live out the final stages of her life and be very well cared for. That gives me peace of mind.

Assisted Living facilities are clean and uncluttered especially in the common areas. Responses to calls from my mother for services are generally timely.A large majority of the staff are kind and caring. The executive director is especially knowledgeable and has great rapport with my mom. It took my mom a while to get used to assisted living but now is happy and taken care of at Discovery Village assisted living.

My Dad has been at Discovery Shine Memory Care at Alliance Town Center for 8 months. Kim Ballard is an AWESOME director, and the staff is wonderful! My family has nothing but praise for all the caregivers. They have a special heart for providing care and lots of attention to the residents who live there. My Dad loves all the attention that he gets, and getting doted on. A variety of fun activities are provided for social interaction and exercise. The food is really good and nutritious. My family is so glad that we chose Discovery Shine at Alliance Town Center for our Dad!
