Executive Director, Independent Living
With more than 15 years of experience in the senior living industry, Pam has served seniors at the community level, in regional support roles and from a corporate support role as well. Pam joined the team at Discovery Village at Alliance in February of 2019. Outside of work, Pam enjoys most of her time with her family of two adult children and her granddaughters. She also loves motorcycle riding and the outdoors.
Director of Recreation and Events
Anita started her career in the senior living industry with home health care for 7 years before coming to Discovery Village which is where she gained her love of working with seniors. Anita is a native of Fort Worth and loves being involved with our residents.
Executive Chef
Patty has been in the culinary industry for 14 years, all of which have been in senior living. She has worked and trained under numerous 4-star chefs and has been a culinary director for 7 years. In her spare time, Patty enjoys time outside, walking, running, and cooking on the grill. She loves watching the Food Network to get new ideas for her residents.
